Vinpearl Condotel is is a mix between a condo and a hotel. It allows buyers, called investors or clients, to purchase real estate and rent out by Vinpearl as a vacation space or hotel when they are not using it.
Benifit for “investors”:
- Banks support for loan up to 65% of Condotel price.Time of interest rate and Grace preriod for principal are 12 months from the first disbursement date of the loan.
- The rate of rental income commitment: Clients recieve 85% of Profits from rent price which at least equals to 10% of the Condotel price (excluding VAT)/ year (guaranteed value in VND). Commitment time: 5 years from the date of payment 100% of the condotel price.
- Using 15 free nights/year from the payment date of 100% of the condotel price (excluding VAT) and VAT of all installments calculating up to the time of payment by Clients.
- In case of no available condotel at the time of registration, the condotel owner can be converted the number of bedrooms of the condotel to the number of equivalent rooms in the Vinpearl hotel system.
- Clients/guests of Clients have the right to exchange of the nights in the Vinpearl hotel Systems.
- Vietnamese people permanent ownership. Foreigners own 50 years.
